About
Born with a love of music…
My love for music began at a young age while constantly singing along to Disney movies and taking voice and piano lessons. Eventually my tastes developed into a love of classical music, particularly opera and musical theater (though I still love jamming to Disney songs). I have experience performing with a variety of groups including choirs, musical theater and opera productions, as well as hired engagements in and out of state.
I began teaching between undergrad and graduate school and discovered my love of spreading the joy of music to others, particularly while working with younger voices. I have also gained experience in teaching piano lessons for beginners, and am always thrilled to have students wanting to expand their love for music through piano or voice.

While working on my Master’s degree, I had the opportunity to stage manage for the UNM Opera and discovered my passion for working behind the scenes, as well as on the stage. Since graduating in 2019 I have been hired to stage manage for additional performances for the UNM Opera Theatre department, most recently managing their production of Mozart’s Così fan tutte.
